PRIVACY POLICY

1.    GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1.   This privacy policy describes how SIA “LBRA”, with registration number 40003851932, legal address: Ciekurkalna 2.linija, 75, Riga, LV-1026, obtains, processes, and stores personal data.

1.2.   The privacy policy applies in cases where a person uses, has used, or has expressed the intention or interest to use any of the services provided by SIA “LBRA”.

1.3.   The privacy policy also applies in cases where a person is indirectly associated with any of the services (for example, a person indicated as a contact person, contract party, signatory, direct or ultimate beneficiary, shareholder, etc.).

1.4.   SIA “LBRA” adheres to data processing principles prescribed by legislation and can confirm that personal data is processed in accordance with current legislation.

2.    PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND PROTECTION

2.1.   Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

2.1.1.   For potential employee selection, receiving your CV and application (legitimate business interest, based on the data subject's consent);

2.1.2.   To ensure convenient and organized cooperation, improve service delivery; 2.1.3.   For the execution and provision of services (establishment and fulfillment of contractual obligations);

2.1.4.   To ensure quick and quality communication, responding to questions or comments submitted by persons;


2.2.   SIA “LBRA” may process the following personal data:

2.2.1.   Name, Surname;

2.2.2.   Date of birth;

2.2.3.   Contact information (phone number, email address, correspondence address);

2.2.4.   Transaction data (services provided, price, payment information, service provision time, etc.);

2.2.5.   Any other information submitted to us during the receipt of services offered on the website or in communication with us.


2.3.   For the protection of personal data, SIA “LBRA” uses various technical and organizational security measures. Personal data is stored securely and is accessible to a limited number of people, only authorized persons.

3.    TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

3.1.   In cases of legal necessity, SIA “LBRA” may need to disclose data subject information to Control Services (for example, the State Environmental Service), the State Revenue Service, bailiffs, and other state authorities, using the rights granted in regulatory acts to protect their legitimate interests;

3.2.   To fulfill point

3.1,   SIA “LBRA” may need to process at least the following personal data:

3.2.1.   Name, Surname;

3.2.2.   Personal identification number;

3.2.3.   Address;

3.2.4.   Phone number;

3.2.5.   Email address.

4.    DURATION OF PERSONAL DATA STORAGE

4.1.   SIA “LBRA” stores and processes personal data as long as at least one of the following criteria exists:

4.1.1.   Personal data is necessary for the purposes for which they were received; 4.1.2.   As long as, in the manner prescribed by external regulatory acts, SIA “LBRA” and/or the data subject can realize their legitimate interests, such as submitting objections or raising or carrying a case to court;

4.1.3.   As long as there is a legal obligation to store data, such as according to the Accounting Law;

4.1.4.   As long as the data subject's consent to the respective personal data processing is valid, if there is no other legal basis for data processing.

Upon the cessation of the conditions mentioned in point 4.1, the data subject's personal data storage term also ends, and all relevant personal data are irreversibly deleted from computer systems and electronic and/or paper documents containing the respective personal data.

5.    COMMERCIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS

SIA “LBRA” reserves the right to process data subject's personal data to send commercial announcements and reminders related to the company's provided services.

6.    PERSONAL RIGHTS

6.1.   According to the General Data Protection Regulation and the laws of the Republic of Latvia, the data subject has the right to:
     6.1.1.   Access their personal data, receive information about its processing, as well as request a copy of their personal data in electronic format and the right to transfer this data to another controller (data portability);
     6.1.2.   Request to correct incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete personal data;
     6.1.3.   Delete their personal data (“to be forgotten”), except in cases where the law requires data retention;
     6.1.4.   Withdraw their previously given consent for personal data processing;
     6.1.5.   Restrict their data processing – the right to request us to temporarily completely stop processing all your personal data;
     6.1.6.   Address the Data State Inspectorate;

7.    VISITS AND COOKIE PROCESSING

7.1.   Cookies are mainly necessary for the user to freely visit and browse the SIA “LBRA” website and use its offered possibilities, including obtaining information about services and sector news;
7.2.   The SIA “LBRA” website may use cookies to:
     7.2.1.   Ensure website functionality;
     7.2.2.   Adapt website functionality to the user's usage habits;
     7.2.3.   Obtain statistical data about website visitor flow – the number of visitors, time spent on the website, etc.;
7.3.   Unless otherwise specified, cookies are stored until the action for which they were collected is fulfilled, and then they are deleted;
7.4.   Cookie information is not processed outside the European Union and European Economic Area;
7.5.   The SIA “LBRA” website may contain links to third-party websites, which have their own usage and personal data protection rules, for which SIA “LBRA” is not responsible.

8.    FINAL ISSUES

8.1.   This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (April 27, 2016) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), as well as the existing laws of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union;

8.2.  SIA “LBRA” has the right to make changes or additions to the Privacy Policy at any time and without prior notice. Corrections become effective after their publication on the website: www.lbra.lv
