Within the project, an assessment of the existing lighting system in the Jūrmala area was conducted, determining the electricity consumption, placement, and power of installed lighting fixtures. Assessment of the technical condition of the supports. DiaLux modeling was performed. Recommendations for improving energy efficiency and cost calculation for the replacement of lighting fixtures were provided.

In collaboration with AS "Development Finance Institution Altum", SIA "Vilnis Mičulis", and SIA "Livland group", a preliminary study of the planned "Zelt" office building was conducted. The study included analysis of the building's physical parameters, technical and economic study of engineering systems (electricity, low-current, HVAC-C, HVAC-V, HVAC-A), and integration of engineering solutions.

In collaboration with AS "Development Finance Institution Altum" and SIA "energi", a comprehensive study on energy efficiency improvement for SIA "KVIST" was conducted. The project involved an assessment of heating system optimization, boiler equipment replacement, development of a technical and economic justification, monitoring of steam, thermal energy, and electricity, thermography of production halls, evaluation of solar panel installation, and energy balance preparation for production halls. As a result of the study, measures were recommended that would significantly improve the company's energy efficiency and reduce costs.

In cooperation with AS "Development Finance Institution Altum", a study was conducted at SIA "Ogres piens", resulting in a technical and economic justification and a company energy audit for energy efficiency improvement. The study included detailed monitoring of building energy consumption and evaluation of major electricity consumers, measurements, evaluation of solar panel installation, technical assessment of electrical installations, and heat energy recovery assessment from cooling equipment.

Development of a company energy audit for SIA "CompaqPeat" factories in Rucava and Balvi according to regulatory requirements. The audit involved preparing the company's energy balance and identifying major electricity consumers. Electricity consumption monitoring was conducted. Energy efficiency improvement measures, report development, and registration with the State Bureau of Construction Inspection were completed.

Annually, SIA "LBRA" conducts inspections of various types of cogeneration station annual reports for natural gas, biomass, and biogas cogeneration stations in accordance with regulatory requirements. The contract involves inspecting the object, verifying operations, and inspecting the previous year's report, including supporting information.
